I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET! IS IT LOST?

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP LOCATION?
We are an “online supplier”, with no physical shop or premises. In this way, we are able to pass our considerable savings directly to you.
DO I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Ireland: standard delivery takes 5-7 days after 24-48 hours of handling, and it is free on orders of €100 or more, otherwise a flat €25. Express Delivery is a €25 option at the cart. Other countries: 7-10 days. Every order is tracked, and our delivery partners are FedEx, UPS, An Post and DHL.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We currently accept credit and debit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.
Packaging and delivery
We introduced Eco Pack packaging and we work with our delivery providers to bring the carbon footprint of a delivery down. It is a direction rather than a finished job, and we would rather describe it that way than claim more than we have done.
