## Prices and delivery

- All prices are in euro.
- Standard delivery is free on orders of €100 or more, measured on the goods total after any discount code.
- Below that, delivery is a flat €25.
- Express Delivery is available at the cart on any order for €25; no separate delivery time is quoted for it.
- Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 5 to 7 days across Ireland.
- The valued-customer code gives 15% off the items (never the delivery).

## Returns

- Irish and EU consumer law applies to every order: a consumer can cancel an online purchase within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Rights Act 2022), with the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge refunded.
- Damaged, incorrect, missing, faulty or not-as-described orders are put right at the store's cost, including return postage.
- The store's own change of mind window is 15 days from purchase (whichever of the two windows ends later applies): original packaging, proof of purchase, return postage paid by the customer.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they ship.
